Yummy!!!

  1. No Salt Sandwich Roll
  2. Fresh Chicken breast 3 0z., seasoned with Mrs. Dash Original (approx. 70 mg’s)
  3. Natural Hot Pepper Cheese 1 slice – (approx. 165 mg’s)
  4. I fresh whole Green chili – I have whole roasted chili in the freezer
  5. Tomato, lettuce, avocado slices
  6. Condiments – Mayo with Olive Oil, mustard (per serving size – 170 mg)
  7. White Corn Tortilla chips 1 oz. (approx. 75 mg’s)
  8. Olive oil to fry chicken breast, this can be bakes as well

Less than 500 mg’s and delicious!
