Joy of Cooking “Sour Cream Dip”… changed up to suit low sodium
- ½ cup natural sour cream
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (35 mg’s of sodium)
- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash table blend (or your choice, and you may want more, taste and see)
- ½ tsp of “no salt”
- ½ tsp of white pepper
This is great for dipping veggies! And no one will miss the salt!
