Veggie Dip

Joy of Cooking “Sour Cream Dip”… changed up to suit low sodium

  1. ½ cup natural sour cream
  2. ½ cup Greek yogurt (35 mg’s of sodium)
  3. 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash table blend (or your choice, and you may want more, taste and see)
  4. ½ tsp of “no salt”
  5. ½ tsp of white pepper

This is great for dipping veggies! And no one will miss the salt!
