Chicken Salad

I have always LOVED eating salad … but these will get you in trouble fast! We all think ‘salad’ is good for you how can it be bad … let me show you.

Common items found in a salad ~ approx. 1020 MG’s

  1. 1 Boiled egg: 65 MG’s
  2. ¼ cup natural cheese: 160 or more MG’s
  3. 1 tbsp. Bacon bits: 220 MG’s
  4. Salad dressing: approx. 250 MG’s
  5. 2 tbsp. Croutons: approx. 75 MG’s
  6. Chicken ~ grilled: approx. 251MG’s

Here’s my Salad: 360 MG’s, under my 500 per a meal.

  1. Salad greens with spinach
  2. Tomato
  3. Cucumber
  4. Avocado
  5. ¼ cup natural cheese ~ 160 MG’s
  6. Shredded Carrot ~ (1 med carrot 60MG’s)
  7. 3 oz. Natural chicken grilled ~ Mrs. Dash seasoning ~ 75 MG’s
  8. Red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Mrs. Dash table blend
  9. 1 boiled egg: 65 MG’s
